At St. Julius Coffee, we care about quality and customer satisfaction. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Change of Mind

As coffee is a perishable product, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once your order has been dispatched. Please double-check your order before confirming payment.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us with:
 

  • Your name and order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item(s)

We will assess the issue and offer you a refund, replacement, or store credit, in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn’t amount to a major failure.

Return Process (if applicable)

If we request a return of the item:

  • You’ll be provided with return instructions

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging where possible

  • Return shipping costs may be covered by us in the case of damaged or faulty products
