We offer local delivery within Darwin for all orders 2 kg or more.

• Deliveries are made on weekdays.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or provide safe drop-off instructions during checkout.

• We may contact you to confirm the delivery schedule after your order is placed.

• Wholesale orders are eligible for free local delivery within Darwin for 5 kg or more.

We ship Australia-wide using our courier partners.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and Australia Post’s current rates.

• You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

• Delivery times vary by location — please allow 3–10 business days depending on your area.

• Rural or remote locations may take longer.

During busy periods or holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer — we'll always do our best to keep you updated.

• Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. St. Julius Coffee is not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect address information.

• If your parcel is returned to us, we’ll get in touch to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).
